Short description

As a Project Manager, you will have a creative team and development team under your wings. You will also take responsibility for our creative projects, from the very beginning on the first call with a potential Client to the very end.

Your to-do list will mainly contain the following:

• managing and nurturing successful relationships with our Clients
• leading two teams, with great people only: graphic designers, product designers, developers
• coordinating tasks within in-house teams and with our Partners
• creating schedule and specification of projects based on the information gathered from the Clients
• act as intermediary and negotiator between the Clients and our teams
• taking over responsibility for workflow organization

What we need from you

• 1+ experience in the same or similar position within project management area
• knowledge of agile project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile)
• high competence in troubleshooting, planning, and risk management
• solid can-do attitude and problem-solving approach
• fluent English (written and spoken)
• awesome communication skills
• ability to bring people together, building long short-term creative relationships
• assertiveness and down-to-earth approach (when needed)
• ability to stay calm&cool and professional under pressure
• passion for creative projects

Technical skills:

• Asana/Jira, Slack, Toggl – other project management tools are welcome, too
  basic knowledge of the development process
